Safety
Richmond Hill Animal Hospital's primary concern is always the health and safety of your pet. To that end, we kindly ask that all animals be leashed or in carriers. Also, we like to treat our patients so please inform us if your pet has any food restrictions. Since peanut butter is always a favorite with dogs, alert our staff if you or anyone who is in regular contact with your pet has a peanut allergy.
Pet Insurance
We are happy to help you with your pet insurance forms and collect any paperwork that your pet insurance company requires. Please keep in mind that pet insurance works on a reimbursement basis, so discounts are not applied during your visit. Your insurance company will mail you a reimbursement check.
Payment
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We also accept Scratchpay, a third party veterinary payment program.
